The retainer — $5,000 per month — buys the relationship, not a bundle of benefits. Family-office lifestyle management, rare acquisitions, exclusive introductions, intuition-driven curation.
What that translates into operationally is the concierge contact within 24 hours. What that means in practice is that a named member of the concierge team introduces themselves with a short note about what they have understood from your quiz responses and what they would like to ask before anything is put in front of you.

Every villa there is vetted byAscendant, negotiated at the discretion of your concierge team, and released only to travellers whose tier and itinerary align. There is no public pricing; an inquiry per listing goes straight to the concierge desk and the listing page carries the contact surface your tier qualifies for.
